2025 Weekly Bible Reading - Week 16 of Matthew
Read and study Matthew 16 this week as part of our year of Looking to Jesus. Watch for the weekly podcast at kleinwood.church. The full year schedule can be found here.
The objective is to immerse yourself in this chapter. Read the chapter at least one time each day. Become familiar with its content. Look for repetaed words and phrases. Seek first to understand what the writer was trying to say, and then find the application of his message to your life. You might also read the passage in other translations.
Questions to Discuss with your Family: Take time to talk over the chapter with your family. Here are some questions you might ask your children to consider as they read:
- What are three important things you see?
- What do you find hard to understand?
- How does this chapter challenge you to change your life?
